Production technology

Unlike traditional juice production lines, Sambi's production line is a mobile system. This makes Sambi's line extremely flexible in accessing raw material areas. 1. Washing

After harvesting, selected quality watermelons go through an automatic washing process.

2. Peeling

Next, the fresh watermelons will be peeled automatically before moving to the juicing stage.

3. Juicing

The peeled watermelons will be put into the machine to make fresh watermelon juice

4. Pasteurization

With the requirement not to destroy the natural flavor and nutrients of watermelon, Sambi pasteurizes watermelon juice using modern PEF technology.

5. Packaging and Storage

Sterilize packaging materials by UV light. After that, the product is packaged and kept frozen under -18 degrees Celsius.

6. Transportation

Sambi is distributed by cold chain, Sambi watermelon juice retains its natural flavor until it is delivered to your home.
